Annual Report The 2007 Annual Report highlights the major accomplishments of the year, accomplishments which demonstrate in bold strokes the vitality and viability of St. Elizabeth's Church. We are extraordinarily blessed by God who continues to inspire and energize us for the work of ministry, ministry which then attracts more members seeking among other things to be a part of God's action here at St. E's. God has called us to a broad range of ministries, ministries the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts refers to in shorthand, calling them inviting, forming, sending, and serving.
Lenten Reflections
The assemblage of a collection of daily devotional reflections for Lent is a long standing
tradition at St. Elizabeth's. The majority of reflections in this years collection are based on The Proper for the
Lesser Feasts and Fasts, 4th Edition, The Church Hymnal Corporation, New York, New York, 1988, pp20-53 with a few readings
from other texts. Lent is a time for reflection, to reflect on God, our relationship with God and especially
ourselves and our actions. And in the end, with Gods grace, to emerge with a better
sense of what is important in our lives.
